About the Role
This full-time role reports to the Chief Engineer and works alongside the Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers (LAME) to ensure the compliant, safe and efficient completion of maintenance tasks. As an AME, you will support the operational safety and reliability of the helicopter fleet, with experience on AS350, B206, EC120 and EC130 series helicopters.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks safely and efficiently, following approved procedures
- Communicate defects and updates to the supervising LAME promptly
- Ensure accurate documentation of all tasks and compliance with engineering instructions
- Handle tools and parts correctly, maintaining control and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to WHS guidelines
- Promote and uphold safety, security and environmental compliance across all operations
Essential Requirements
- Relevant experience and competence as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) within an AMO environment
- Detail-oriented, committed to safety, and motivated to support the growth of the company
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others
- Initiative and the capability to work both autonomously and in a team-focused environment
Desirable
- Certificate 4 in Aeroskills
