  • Is committed to completing a 5-year apprenticeship

  • Is reliable, punctual, curious, and motivated to learn

  • Has strong problem-solving skills

  • Communicates clearly and pays attention to detail in written work

  • Is physically fit and takes pride in producing high-quality work

  • Is willing to learn a broad range of technical skills

  • Has completed Year 12 (or equivalent)

  • Has a strong interest in mechanical and electrical work

  • Is able to obtain and maintain an ASIC and ADA

  • Can pass pre-employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing

  • Wants to be part of a team that values safety, skill, and growth
