About the Role
You will independently operate mechanical cleaning processes for all shops' component repair operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform grit blast, shot peen, glass peen, tumble, ultrasonic, vapor blast, etching, water flow, turbo jet washer, blade flusher, plastisol injection, plastisol burnout and barrel finishing, and honeycomb seal removal
- Perform necessary pre-checks before operations
- Ensure all production data are filled in correctly in the Log Book
- Ensure process and certification are in line with due date
- Differentiate the different tumbler, shot and glass peening machine utilization
- Perform daily maintenance checklist and ensure safe working practices
- Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks
Essential Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level with 3 years of relevant experience
- Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English
The Ideal Candidate
An experienced manufacturing/operator candidate skilled in blasting, peening, tumbling, washing, plastisol processing, and seal removal, with strong attention to safety, process compliance, equipment utilization, documentation accuracy, and routine maintenance.
