GCH Aviation Jet Operations is on the lookout for an exceptional Flight Attendant to join our Christchurch-based crew. This is not your typical cabin crew role. You’ll be the face of our private jet experience - curating personalised service, upholding world-class safety standards, and ensuring every journey is seamless from wheels-up to wheels-down.

As the sole Flight Attendant on board, you will be the heart of the passenger experience - crafting a warm, professional, and bespoke environment for our high-end clientele.

Your mission: safety first, service always, and hospitality at a level that feels effortless, polished, and uniquely GCHA.

No two days will look the same. One morning you could be planning an exquisite in-flight menu; that afternoon you may be organising an international arrival, greeting guests on the tarmac, or coordinating discreet transfers. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, high-trust team where precision and genuine care matter.

Key Responsibilities

In-Flight & Ground Service

• Deliver exceptional guest service - from warm welcomes to discreet, attentive in-flight care.
• Support safe operations and maintain annual Flight Attendant competencies as per the GCH Jet Operations Manual Suite.
• Create personalised catering experiences - think premium, thoughtful, beautifully executed.
• Present the aircraft to an impeccable standard: stocking, cleaning, laundry, dishes, ironing, and maintaining a pristine cabin environment.
• Escort passengers through terminals, support check-in, transfers, and ensure every moment feels seamless.

Operational Support

• Assist with operational requirements to support round-the-clock, domestic and international flight efficiency.
• Arrange secure transportation and logistics for passengers and stakeholders.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion—always.
• Undertake international flights, including overnights, as rostered.
• Perform additional duties as required by management in support of a smooth, safe, and premium operation.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in corporate jet operations, First Class, VIP hospitality, or another high-end service environment.
• Strong knowledge of aviation safety, emergency procedures, first aid, and cabin equipment.
• Food and beverage skills (bonus points for plating finesse or barista/wine knowledge).
• Solid understanding of NZCAA rules and aviation standards.
• A clean criminal record (able to obtain an Airport Identity Card).
• A valid passport and legal right to work in New Zealand.
