Learning Development & Capability Training Executive

About the Role

The Learning Development & Capability Training Executive is responsible for driving learning strategy, digital learning solutions, LMS administration, and operational training delivery. The role supports organisational capability development through training design, training governance, stakeholder engagement, learning technology adoption, and Train-The-Trainer (TTT) and leadership training programmes and delivery across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and execute learning and development strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage learning technologies and digital learning initiatives.
• Serve as the in-house LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) subject matter expert.
• Lead learning innovation and technology projects from initiation to implementation.
• Conduct training needs analysis and develop training plans.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver training programmes and materials.
• Design, coordinate and deliver Train-The-Trainer (TTT) programmes to establish consistent training standards and instructional excellence.
• Track training effectiveness through assessments, surveys and analytics.
• Maintain training records, reports, process documentation and audit requirements.
• Partner with business leaders to align learning initiatives with operational goals.

Essential Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Education, Adult Education, Learning & Development or related discipline.
• Experience supporting learning technologies, LMS platforms and workforce development initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in training design, delivery and evaluation.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills.
• Meticulous, adaptive and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Sound knowledge of airport, airline, ground handling or operational training environments is advantageous.
• ACTA, ACLP or equivalent training certification is preferred.
