About the Role: Airport Safety and Security Officer
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Aviation, Security Management, or related field
- At least 10 years of experience in airport safety and security
- Knowledgeable in ICAO Annex 17, ICAO Doc 8973, NCASP, ASP, ASQCP, SeMS, and Threat & Vulnerability Assessment
- Experience in airport planning, design, construction, or renovation projects
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess airport safety and security programs, plans, SOPs, and related documents
- Conduct security audits, inspections, and threat and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in Airport Security Committee (ASC) meetings and regulatory audits
- Ensure safety and security requirements are incorporated in airport projects
- Recommend improvements to enhance airport safety, security, and compliance
