We are a boutique aviation business operating a modern long-range business jet for a mix of private owner flying and select charter operations. We are seeking a motivated and professional First Officer to join our small, high-performing team.

About the Role
Based in Brisbane, this role offers a dynamic flying schedule across both private and charter operations. You will work closely with a small crew, supporting safe, efficient, and high-quality flight operations. Flexibility is essential, as travel and roster patterns will depend on the aircraft’s movements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the safe operation of flights in accordance with all regulatory and company requirements
Support flight planning, preparation, and post-flight duties
Deliver a high standard of professionalism and service to passengers
Work collaboratively with a small, close-knit team
Maintain operational readiness and compliance at all times
About You
Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or higher
Must have the right to work in Australia
Strong commitment to safety and professionalism
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to travel and adapt to changing schedules
Desire to build a long-term career in corporate aviation
