BEUMER Group designs and manufactures intralogistics systems for airports and other high-throughput environments, with baggage handling systems a core part of its airport portfolio. Founded in 1935 and held by the Beumer family across three generations, the company employs approximately 5,600 people and operates in more than 70 countries, with annual sales of around EUR 1.25 billion. Its Singapore entity is based at Changi Airport, supporting airport systems, logistics and customer support in the region.

Beyond baggage handling, BEUMER Group's technical scope covers conveying technology, loading systems, sortation and distribution, filling and palletising technology, packaging, and complete logistics systems, together with logistics systems software. The company serves a range of material-handling verticals including airports, courier/express/parcel operations, e-commerce, ports and terminals, mining, cement, building materials, the chemical industry, fashion, consumer goods and power plants. Extensive global customer support networks underpin installed system operations.

BEUMER Group also operates Beam, a startup incubator established in 2018 to build software-focused companies addressing critical logistics challenges. The group states a focus on long-term success over short-term profit and on high-quality system solutions, reflecting its family ownership structure.
