About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for a dual-focused role as Instructor – Delivery and Assessment, evaluating apprentice competency and delivering theory and practical training within the mechanical trade stream.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess competency and contribute to the Apprentice Management Framework
- Deliver theory and practical training, inspiring the next generation of aircraft maintenance engineers
- Support and mentor apprentices to industry standards
Essential Requirements
- Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Mechanical); CASA Part 66 B1 licence highly regarded
- 3+ years' aviation industry experience preferred
- Willingness to obtain a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
