Essential Requirements
- Diploma or degree in chemical engineering or equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, both orally and with written correspondence
Key Responsibilities
- Perform review/gap analysis on customer's specifications for chemical processes, with adequate process control measures
- Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure process compliance according to plating specifications
- Actively involve in new process setup, buy-off and qualification program
- Involve in quality issues investigations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Translate customers' specifications to Work Instructions/SOPs
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) of the company
- Perform internal audits to ensure process, product and system are complied with requirements
- Aggressive to trigger process improvement in terms of better quality, more stable process, improve productivity, reduce cycle time etc
- Provide training to the operators, inspectors and executive staff continuously to achieve team or Company's objective
- Ensure good-house keeping at the work place
- Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Manager or Management
