What You'll Drive

• Construction and infrastructure projects from planning to completion
• Facility expansion, renovation, and improvement initiatives
• Contractor, consultant, and vendor management
• Project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk management
• Regulatory compliance, permits, and inspections
• Building systems reliability and operational readiness
• Material planning, inventory management, and resource utilization
• Safe, efficient, and high-performing facilities across AAG locations

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Registered Civil Engineer
• 2-3 years of Project Management experience in large-scale construction projects such as hangars, warehouses, commercial buildings, airports, or similar infrastructure
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to confidently lead meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, prepare reports, and manage contractors
• Strong knowledge of civil works, construction management, and MEPF systems
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, and schematics
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to be assigned or relocated to Clark, La Union, or Bantayan
