About the Role

This role administers the reliability program, ensuring timely and proportionate investigation of Major Defects and other reliability issues, supporting analysis and collation of reliability data to inform reports, meetings and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure continual compliance of aircraft maintenance programs, systems and the reliability program
  • Manage completion of assigned SMS actions and Findings
  • Report and investigate Technical Delays; conduct monthly reliability report data review
  • Investigate aircraft defects and recommend preventative actions
  • Identify solutions to E190 and Fokker fleet technical issues affecting On-Time Performance
  • Incorporate system changes following maintenance program reviews and continuous improvement projects

Essential Requirements

  • Aircraft engineer licence (B1, B2 or C) or equivalent, or Certificate IV in aircraft maintenance, or a diploma-level engineering qualification (Aeronautical, Avionics, Mechanical, Electrical or Electronics)
  • Knowledge of the CAMO's exposition
  • Experience in the aviation industry and with high-volume dataset processing and analysis
  • Experience with Microsoft products including Access, Excel, Fabric, Power BI, SQL
