About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Management Subject Matter Expert (SME) to play a key role in delivering Program Alkina, a significant business transformation initiative that will redefine the future of Facilities Management across the organisation. This is a unique 12-month fixed term opportunity to help design and implement a modern, service-led, standardised, and data-enabled Facilities Management function.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Facilities Management function throughout Program Alkina, ensuring operational requirements are embedded into future-state processes, systems, and ways of working.
- Support business transformation initiatives and operational readiness activities.
- Drive Facilities Management input into ERP design, testing, implementation, and user adoption, ensuring systems and processes align with business needs.
- Strengthen supplier management, performance frameworks, compliance, and service delivery outcomes across the FM function.
- Champion change by engaging stakeholders, building capability, and driving collaboration across operational, commercial, and corporate teams.
Essential Requirements
- Significant experience in Facilities Management within a corporate, government, or large-scale operational environment.
- Experience supporting business transformation and/or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of organisational governance, policies, standards, and procedures.
