About the Role
Airservices Australia is seeking applications from previously trained and rated Air Traffic Controllers who hold Australian Citizenship, New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency. Multiple positions are available throughout Australia. Training requirements will be based on individual Training Needs Analysis.
Essential Requirements
- Hold a current rating and endorsement in an Air Traffic Control environment
- Hold an ICAO level 6 English language proficiency
- A minimum 3 years operational experience (preferred)
- Be able to provide certified documentation and referees to support your application
- Currently or previously employed as an operational Air Traffic Controller within the last five years
- Be able to hold or gain a Class 3 Medical Certificate per CASA standards (Part 67 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations)
- Must be an Australian citizen or hold Permanent Residency in Australia — not open to international applicants
- Successful completion of a Police Records Check and, where required, an ASIC security check
