Due to operational growth, 360 Aviation Group seeks ann applicant to fulfil a line pilot position operating multi-engine aircrafts with Part 135 proficiency required.
The position is based out of Mount Isa with subsidised accommodation and utilities. The successful applicant will also be required to work at other national locations as directed when required.

This role involves working independently, away from home base at times, in a team environment delegated by the HOFO, Director of Operations, and Mount Isa Senior Base Pilot. Applicants are required to have experience in maintaining compliance and operations in accordance with an operation manual in a commercial environment, and in twin-engine aircraft. Pilots may be required to perform additional hangar duties; the right candidate will be seeking progression, be honest and kind, have initiative, and be able to contribute positively to a team environment. Booking accommodation for flights away from base and thinking ahead is a must.
The right candidate will take the responsibility with all compliance matters seriously, and regulatory knowledge and accurate paperwork are expected to be of high quality. The pilot will be committed to ongoing study and continuous improvement.
Suitable candidates are required to be self-motivated, have insight, be kind, positive, and thoughtful towards team members, and demonstrate the ability to work effectively with initiative and transparency at all times. The successful applicant will endeavour to maintain compliance with safety requirements at all times.
The right candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be open and transparent, and be able to commit to a minimum term of 18 months with 360 Aviation Group.
Minimum requirements:
1000 hours total time minimum
150 Multi-engine command minimum
Cessna 400 series or PA31 experience
Current instrument rating with all approaches, circling
Current ASIC
Current Driver’s Licence
Class 1 Medical with nil restrictions other than vision correction
Current DG certificate
Desirable Requirements:
Survey experience
First Aid
Commercial experience
